Just remove the http:// and you get:

pic20.picturetrail.com/VOL1620/983745/6560162/165061865.jpg

Add [*chart] at the front and [*/chart] at the end, but without the asterisks.

Like this:

[*chart]http://pic20.picturetrail.com/VOL1620/983745/6560162/165061865.jpg[*/chart]

Simply remove the two astericks and it shows up:
