Josh.. The State has Authorized at 40M. Pinksheet companies may not have to disclose finacial information but they have to keep thier Inorporation status thru the State up to date. They CAN NOT issue anymore than they are authorized. Check the Ibox for Delaware SOS info. You can also call thier automated phone service.

If you would like to know what happens to a company when they get caught printing more than they are authorized check the FGFC board as a lawsuit has been brought against the company by a shareholder.

Have you checked the Delaware SOS? because they say 40MM authorized. 30MM common, 10MM preferred.

Even though this has a crappy TA (select american), if the authorized was in fact raised, it would be reflected at the SOS of the state the corporation it is domiciled in.
