essentially all the volume since this started trading recently was based on fraudulently issued shares. These will need to be bought back to be taken off the market. Whether the brokers do this of their own volition, or are forced to as the result of a lawsuit, doesn't change the end result.

The actual shell owner, Yucatan Holding Company claims no official changes have been made to the share structure since the last filings ~ 20M shares outstanding.

Do you see the short covering potential here now? This is the play now, not the reverse merger... although they did hint at that possibility for the future, in yesterday's PR.

You do understand the concept of "fraudulent shares" do you not?

In BCIT's case, the authorized was 25MM, the OS 4MM. This was on record with the nevada SOS. Pino and Thompson just printed hundreds of millions of fraudulent shares, and had Captial Growth and Darbie sell them into the market.

Were there millions of shares in the marketplace? Yes, fraudulent ones. Did the real, official share structure change? No, and that's why Megas filed the lawsuit against them.
