Yes. Most of the reworked wells have less production than they had in the 1930s.

However, they might be able to use advanced stimulation techniques -- like Hemi girls!

Jag, I believe that after a reworked well is brought online it will flow at a higher rate than what is expected long term and will do this for maybe a few days. But, after a few days it drops off to a level that the well should be expected to flow at for quite some time. The 3-5 number is what it is after it has stabilized.

If I'm wrong, somebody please correct me but that is my understanding.

keith said if the production starts to fall off, they will use water injection to squeeze even more oil out.
