I don't think that China holds all the cards. They have over capacity in manufacturing and it #1 customer goes down the tubes, so do they. They are the drug dealer and we are the addicts. One can't survive without the other. Sick analogy, but proper.

and China would lose 50% of much of their wealth as well - USD holdings. In some ways we are black mailing them too.

They hold so many dollars they are screwed if they try a mass sell off so it must be very gradual and a movement away from the USD IMO
