(sigh) Ah, the old days...stopping by ole Roy's and trying out his cooking, as well as just hanging out on Keoki's porch. I have a certain fondness for the river, where I've got some old, fair weathered and fair feathered friends who hang out on the bank and with whom I share lunch, whenever I visit and grow weary of paddling.
Yes, you've got it, LOL! That's the one! However, I don't think that was taken at the bottom floor of the old floorplex, on the corner in beautiful, tiny Freeman, Missouri.
AK, I'm confused by some of your posts. See, I interviewed some folks the other day and was told that the boy runs the show and everything had to go through him. Sure wonder who ALL the shareholders are and wondered if maybe someone wasn't setting him up for failure.
So, I had to look into it further, and of course, there were some discrepanices with some licenses, some lack of documentation with deeds, a few quirks with names, sites, etc...however, my main focus is the following, which has little to do with Pinnacle, except for...well, you guessed it:
On November 5, 2003, I went onto Raging Bull to check a quote on a very small "social investment" I own, with a company that was developing an HIV urine test. I noted the security had a very strong downward spike.
I asked on-line, what was happening and if there were individuals who were shorting securities. I received numerous calls with information regarding what may have happened to the security. I was told by some anonymous person Fung Derf with Fidelity, perhaps in Las Colinas, Texas, may know. On this board, there have been allegations by others that this Fung Derf character may have something to do with Fidelity. What, I don't know. And what the connection between my social investment and Pinnacle and some Fung Derf who may be with Fidelity...except that he was known to encourage others to invest in those securities.
I gave my real name and my real telephone number which was effective in encouraging others to call me. Suddenly, it was like the bar scene in Star Wars...
People freaked!
For some reason, someone had me removed from Raging Bull, when I asked these questions. I contacted Raging Bowl and they stated I had been reported for "multiple aliases." They looked into it, found there were no "multiple aliases" and reinstated the account.
Immediately, I was attacked by Janice Shell and Pantherjl. Pantherjl indicated she lived in the area, that she was going to "look into public records" on me. I invited her to call, she never did. Instead, she and Shell continued to attack, because I asked about what could have happened to my security.
Suddenly, good ole George on here, joined in. He provided information found on a RV trailer we have parked at a golf course, over four hours from our home and referred to me as "trailer trash." He also made comments about my multi-racial background, which was found on genealogy sites.
Sequens found information on my dog. A dastardly poster I was, on an email list regarding dogs and on some genealogy sites.
Due to this behavior, I suggested that there be some sort of nonprofit organization to monitor the bulletin boards so investors don't get abused by the riff-raff and trash. They went bezerk and why?
RagingBullwinkle joined in, as well as the others...
Huckleberry joined in, as they attempted to try to "expose" my husband, who they thought was some wealthy, powerful man, involved in real estate. In all their idiocy, they exposed an innocent person, with no relationship to our family. In fact, the family they exposed included a judge.
An individual named Mallocio della streta (thanks to Janice Shell, was interpreted in perfect Italian just last week.) posted information which is obtained in credit history. That term is well known in certain circles, as to what the intent is. Janice Shell claims that Mallocio never looked into the credit information and that there were no threats. Just how Janice Shell would know this is a mystery. I guess she either is very, very stupid or has ESP.
There have been two telephone calls with veiled threats and which were intimidating, at best. It is believed these calls were provoked by actions of Shell.
Discussion ensued with experts...in various places, with various degrees of knowledge.
I confronted Shell on here...to add to the group, we have Shell, Pantherjl, Tate202, Susie925, Fung Derf, RagingBullwinkle, Huckleberry, BullandBear52, Scion, Scionist, Sequens, Ad Interim and various other names, some of which are derivatives of words recently used in posts by Ms. Shell and other names associated with George.
And, today, there was another veiled threat, from someone who has consistently advised me on the legal system and what one could and couldn't do legally.
They knew they were dealing with a real person. They knew the real person had a reputation and a business of their own. They trashed the reputation and the business.
And, Janice Shell has been sued for this previously. The SAME pattern of behavior is occurring as what has occurred from others, on the same mediums, the same bulletin boards.
(sigh) No wonder Matt calls it a circus. Poor kid...he's sitting in a rattlesnake nest. Somehow, I think he is an innocent party who is being exploited. Such talent, how sad, but nonetheless, chiming in, with the defamation and with his REAL name.
And, somehow, nobody seems to "get it." Aye, yi, yi, yi, yi. The abuse. It is unacceptable and this is the reason why our freedoms are slowly, but surely, eroding. Because of abuse...
Well, I think the resolution will come soon. Very, very soon.
