Please do not ascribe friendship to our dialogue. I am simply challeging a foolish statement.

To say that he is planning a buyback is clearly forward looking. To say that the buyback has been completed would be fulfillment of a planned event.

Just because you don't understand how he would finance such an event, doesn't mean he couldn't do it. It means you couldn't do it.
