No IMO. All the OS are with someone. Such as us, insiders, or MM's.

What I am hoping for here on the buyback, is that CHNW will etire them and reduce the AS all together. That would be a plus for us IMO

Total = 15,000,000

Float = 10,000,000

10,000,000 - 15,000,000= -5,000,000

-5,000,000 means you have that many short!
