i only have 2 posts after this in case i dont answer someone, (otherwise ill answer after i get to work sunday) but i need to be clear.. as the paim buy out caused me a lot of trouble and almost a year to get a little of it back and back into common share form.. is the chnw buy back possibly manditory and will force like paim.. a %? or are some buy backs a good thing and we get to keep our common and watch it go up??
also, i have not asked this in my short year + experience in stocks.. so go ahead everyone.. laugh.. but is outstanding shares what no one owns? or is that float? what is the diff? all i know is the lower the number the better.
