#256150 RE: leggomyeggo #256149

I appreciate that information, and thank you. However, wouldn't it depend on how the actual merger agreement (if there ever was one) was written in terms of whether the merger included a transfer of the assets and liabilities of Loftwerks to Sulja Bros.? A mere name change would not necessarily convey assets and liabilities of Loftwerks to Sulja, and I have never seen any documented proof that a legal merger occurred, and I was under the impression that SLJB only assumed the publicly traded vehicle of Loftwerks.

What am I missing? Thanks again.

I guess it was meant that Consultech would get the overseas contracts and somehow share with Sulja?

"We are very pleased to have our household brand name finally processed by the State of Nevada and the NASDAQ as well," said company CEO Steve Sulja. "Furthermore, with our Investor Relations functions being performed by the Wessal International Group, we are rapidly expanding our business in the Middle East, as well as gearing up to supply our new and future projects through our parent company Consultech," he said.
