Salaries are always based on the per capita income of a given region. Example - an engineer in the SouthEast may earn a salary of $90-100K, where one in NYC or Seattle would earn $175-200K This is common knowledge. IMO, these guys are not worth the$500-600K + benefits that they are probably getting, especially when this co. is losing money at an accelerating rate.
