You are correct there. Most CEO's for legitimate companies make upwards over 1 mil a year.

XAN - That kind of salary/benefits is totally unacceptable for a startup who's funded completely from issued shares and has yet to show a profitable quarter. I know CEO's that work for PROFITABLE ventures and make less than a third of that... To top it off, they are probably making double that now... IMO
