I'd like to know what you find out by calling the company. I would also love to know the O/S and float right now. My initial guess was that the CEO that just left (due to health reasons?) was dumping, and when he was done dumping, it would bounce. I have been tracking the volume, and we have far surpassed the ex-CEO's 15mil shares since he resigned on 2/28 or thereabout. So, what's going on now? Not sure, but I think it will bounce again. The key is finding bottom. And yes, I agree, there was likely some shorting by the MM's, but I also think that the MM's load up when things like dilution and large sell-offs happen. Think about it, do you think there are really enough retail buyers and sellers of BANY to support hundreds of millions of volume every day? No. The MM's buy no matter what, they have to (that's what making a market is all about), and when they kill a stock and buy it up, they turn right around and run it up to offload their inventory. That's why these POS's run for no apparent reason. There isnt enough natural volume to keep these penny markets liquid, thats why we have market makers. They create the volume so that the market is liquid. By naked shorting, buying into dilution, etc.
You have to play with the MM's, it's their game.
I play with the MM's, not against them, and I do pretty darn good...
