bizzy, unlike many many posters who post there is going to be a buyout without any documentation. When the pr clearly stated a merger or buyout maybe with many ambiguities attached.
I supported my post with documentation. If you re-read my post again and pay special attention to the underlined words. You will clearly see they had no agreement then.
Did they google the name of the supposed buyers first. Making sure no one would know who they are? I have tried all kinds of combinations and can't find a single thing on them. If they have been around and are ligitimate surely something would come up. Don't you think?
Many questions go unanswered and it raises many red flags.
