60 Days? I hope there won't be silence for that long. We all know the offer has been made. Why can't they just tell us? It's that simple. GBDX would not have filed the last 2 PR's with the SEC if an offer is not on the table at this moment. With that, I wish they would just tell us what the "number" is.

My guess is, that the next PR is going to be the whole enchilata. I think the deal and close date is the next PR. There has to be a number on the table now, so if they are not telling us, and haven't said there is "NO DEAL", I feel everything is coming next in one shot PR. JMO
