Well said and very true :-) I don't envy him the job he's got, but he/they do a good job! It can't be easy..that's for sure.
I talked to Nick at EI today for the first time, and he said that the ETIM'ers on here are starting to look like a family.. (I added sometimes dysfunctional, which is like any family).. LOL.. but so many of us are on daily.. we've formed a bond of sorts..and that is another reason, in my opinion, that it's sometimes tough to keep the "OT" out..
