Not sure how they match up against SEBL, does SEBL offer real-time services? SEBL appears to be more into selling management product whereas LPSN is into selling management services. The stock is a little pricey, but what isn't these days? Here is the LPSN profile:
LivePerson, Inc. is a customer relationship management application (CRM) service provider (ASP) that delivers real-time sales, marketing and customer service solutions for companies that conduct business online. The LivePerson suite of products and services includes Service Edition, its click-to-chat application; Sales Edition, a proactive online sales application; LivePerson Pro for small businesses, and MultiCARE, a document management, e-mail and frequently asked question (FAQ) service. The Company offers these solutions as outsourced services that eliminate the large hardware and software investment typically associated with one-to-one customer interaction solutions. Because the LivePerson application is hosted on servers that it manages, the Company's clients benefit from limited software requirements, no hardware installations and minimum effort for upgrades. Clients may also add additional services upon request.
