simple, sandy wants to keep the cost of the buyback low, although the price is more flat (maybe slightly down) than going way down during that time. So he times his buys and puts a limit price on it instead of simply buying at the ask.

Halftime IMO the divy conversion hanging over head is keeping some investors on the sidelines for now. My thought is that if an investor converts the divy and pays the $150.00/million restricted shares IMO the company takes that $150.00 and buys back those shares off the market. So when its all said and done IMO any shares that are converted won't have any impact on the O/S.

Because HRHR is working with Sandy to keep the price down. HRHR and Sandy have CONTROL of this stock and will have control until the buyback is complete.
