So you are saying Louis said and we can quote her right? "DNAG is restructuring & no more toxic financing"?
"Toxic financing" has a specific meaning. Just because financing isn't 'toxic', doesn't mean it is beneficial.
Realize that there is no way to have any 'financing' associated with any 'restructuring' that is not dilutive.
Unless there is a philanthropist in the picture, (lol) any financing is going to be in exchange for some type of equity. Any equity that requires 'restructuring' is in the form of finance in exchange for shares.
Exchanging 'toxic' financing that is dilutive for some other non-toxic method of dilution is perhaps not much of a bargain.
