I have no interest in taking any gestures from the company. Have you taken any?

I neither want to take "a generous gesture from Pedro" nor do I think it is appropriate for the company to be reading i-hub and sending me emails 30 minutes after I make a post. Do you not think that is odd?

Do they not have more important things to be doing?

I neither need nor want that offer of money, and I think it is incredibly inappropriate to offer shareholders money that question the legitimacy of this company. Let Pedro et al make that offer to people that need it and have lost more cash.

You seem to have developed a unique approach to interpreting statements. It seems obvious to me, and probably anyone else with any common sense, that he is talking about partners of Latin American heritage.

Not sure what your goal here is CHL -

For example, you posted a personal e-mail last night, using a generous gesture from Pedro as a weapon against him.

Your suggestion that Pedro make the same offer to all shareholders was ludicrous. He didn't make the offer to a shareholder, he made the offer to someone he considered a friend.

Shareholders invest for ONE reason - MONEY!!! When you win you smile, when you lose you frown. But you don't blame your friend. As a shareholder you don't have a friend. You have a business associate.

Pedro thought he was talking with his 'friend' and made the offer to you because he felt that his friend ahd been damaged materially.

As a 'friend' you were given opportunites to communicate at a level that a 'shareholder' would never get. Friendship is worth far more than the financial benefit attained as a shareholder.

imo, you chose poorly. Hope you at least made money on this.

Wow 4Godnwv, I'm somewhat surprised by that post. That seems like the type of post that should be relegated to a PM.

I've always felt that you were a righteous individual, and I still do. You may not remember me because of my lack of recent posts, but you were one of the individuals who helped when I first started out with my TA analysis on SA's former board. For your help I am truly grateful, and you should know that I still respect you.

I do, however, have some concern here with PNMS. I also have a problem with your post. 1) You acknowledge that Pedro did in fact submit that email response to CHL, which implies that someone from the company is reading iHub and possibly other investment forums. 2) You're suggesting that Pedro has segmented current shareholders into two groups: friends and expendables.

I certainly think that the companies time could be utilized in a more productive manner than that of reading message forums. I also think that every shareholder should be regarded with the same respect, especially since MT wants to have all shareholders pull their certs and start trading PDRs through his exchange platform. No friends, just investors! Hell, tell Pedro I'll be his friend, so, if I suffer a material loss, he can "make it right" for me.

I'm not trying to publically dismantle you, particularly because you are apparently out right now, but this is the only time I have to write before work. I do appreciate your contributions to the board thus far, and I don't hold you accountable for any info that you received from the company and chose to disseminate for the masses. Being younger and less experienced than you, I'm not going to preach, but I do want to caution you as to how close you get to the company officials. You are entitled to fully believe in the company and its members as is every investor/trader. Just be careful how attached you get. MT may come through and create profit for all still invested, but remember that CEOs of all companies are looking out for their own interests first and occasionally that coincides with the benefit of the shareholders. Money often blinds us from reality.

Well, I hope you take this post to heart and don't feel that I'm bashing the company or being hypercritical of you. I just want you to be aware that this is still a pinksheet stock. I'm still holding shares @ .005, so, I want this damn thing to be real and make me money. We'll see how it plays out soon enough.

GLTY and take care.

Sincerely,

J.D.
