SEC announcement says 3-21-07 1159PM so no trading does not start untill Thursday at 0930
There is always the chance that the SEC may find something that gives the appearance of Impropriety, and may release that information as justification for DCBI to be included in the suspension, which could have a detremental effect on stock price for a while, but if the rest of the companys' info is concrete, it will not last. If these contracts come thru and the Q2,Q3 and end of the year reports show the money, we all have a great chance to continue to pick up stock on the cheap.
If you goto the SEC web site they have a long list of companies who have been fined, or found guilty of some infraction, little guys along with major players, some who looked like they were trying to pull a fast one and some, who simply were not informed by thier lawyers that a certain action could violate a SEC rule.
While any negative ruling will detrimentaly affect the stock price, it most likely will not have an effect on the business operations.
