Yes, I agree but most people, if they look at the market at all, just saw a 61 drop for the day. It is a good thing most people were paying their fund managers to watch over the markets and "invest" wisely for them. -ng- While you mentioned the message boards that might have led people astray, I really do not feel sorry for these people as they were taking the easy way out. The people I feel sorry for the most is those that paid to have their money invested and instead some of the fund companies speculated with it. Even with that being said people still should have looked at their statements and realized that 30, 40, 50 % returns are not the norm, but then again if they questioned this fact they were probably told that this was part of technology revolution and New Era. -ng-
