I wouldn't take myself so serious as to understand why the price is in a spiral. But I think it started with the IRS thing, then the medical division start-up, then the lost emails, then the fab in China (-2 generation of an unneeded fab)... these all eat into shareholders (billions) dollars.
I think if you'll look at the other semi's (not amd) they have faired much better- more in line with the market.
Other than that I just enjoy stepping on the die-hards toes:)
