Hypothetically speaking, then, assuming the Dr. is honest, and his shares are escrowed and the company is not issuing more, where else would those shares come from?

All the scamers who run companies should take a look at CKYS's case and be scared.
I am still trying to find out on SEC paper against CKYS, #32 (or #34) stating James sold out of system stock to a group of individules/parties for $1.5 million. I wonder who those individules are. It's not named in there. I wonder if it's naked shorties.
I am banned on CKYS's board for months after posting things I found that pointed to scams, moderators/pumpers/longs there didn't want to have me there keep repeating it. Now they have to find out the hard way. I lost money there and I somewhat satisfy because others who were attacking me when I posted my honest DD there are now a victim of CKYS scam. There is a justice after all.
