i didn't say it was .0008(show me where i said that)...i am saying that it is essentially neither(it was an average..and/or agreement as in a/ or similar.. stop market)...as it doesn't matter...the only thing that matters..is that 50+-mill shares came to market--so....it just doesn't mean anything else..except that shares came to market
