and also think Bush is a man capable in such a situation to use the moment to get an Emergency Powers act and suspend the constitution.
He would use the same line he is using now which is basically "As the President of the United States it is MY RESPONSIBILITY to decide what is the best course to protect this country even if it not popular with the public"
