Well, here's where I differ from others here, in that I feel it would have been an even greater pump n dump if Petar had gone ahead and released whatever AF's he had. And I do believe, in my opinion, that he had some kind of audit, but that he backed out at the last minute because he knew he would go to jail if he posted them. Many here believe he never had any AF's; I disagree based on information I received. I also believe this is the reason that apparently he and DeVries had a parting of the ways; I read in a blog post where chiphldr (Chad) posted that DeVries was really angry at Petar, and Petar responded something to the effect that "if he would return my calls, I could explain it to him", leading me to believe they had a falling out. I believe this exchange was on the blogspot posts. And it is my opinion that DeVries had schemed up this whole thing with Petar, including the false unaudited numbers and the AF's. I remember Petar beginning to try to distance himself from the unaudited numbers that had been posted on the company website, but not until the night of Nov. 15 when he was still posting on the company blog his intent to publish the audit, within a matter of a very few hours. I have been told by others that he told them the AF's were to be a combination of several subsidiaries and not be exactly what everyone was expecting. In my opinion, it would have been a much more lucrative pump n dump had the audit been published and the price skyrocketed, but I believe that Petar knew if he did this, he would face serious charges. Just my opinion.
And my health is much better, thanks. And if I am proven wrong, it won't be the first time! And no, I am most certainly not a paid basher.
