I did not say that,

I do not believe that will be the outcome.

I just stated that they have no jurisdiction over a US corporation.

I do not want to see Petar as the CEO...his expertise is the ME deals....I know you all are lol-ing right now, but I still believe and have faith that the plan was good, but poorly executed.
