There were only 27 Shareholder's in the Loftwerks Company. These share holders were the only one's that could gift someone else.
It may not have happened that way. It's possible that the LFWK stock originally went into SLJB's treasury, and from there was distributed to the "nominees".
But that doesn't explain everything. At least some of the "nominees" were getting LFWK stock before SLJB had any official relationship with LFWK.
