BSG.V ramping up for a move imo..bollinger bands are now as narrow as on or about march 17th ...accumulation up big over the last 6 months...caution though..they are slated to do an r/s so me thinks either they will run this up before the r/s or they have great news to announce after which would support the pps with a much smaller float
