Suann99 et al: NAS chart appears to be Range Bound for the coming month or so...

I do not plan to short the Nas, as i do not think it will break down. However, i show the defined Tops and Bottoms of this range so if a break out happens we can see it.

Note: i am trying to directly answer your questions but i do not normally short Nas, i do commonly short QQQs and do not plan to do so for them either as similar action is happening in that chart too. I will show it a little later.

If you look at the AMEX Sector charts i posted this week, you will see most sectors are very over sold.

Note: the Triple bottoms i show for the 39 day cycle should be considered significant too.
