No problem 'catty'...I am in no way, shape or form giving a ringing endorsement of BA. The system allows latitude for sleazy IR firms(BA INCLUDED). The details are in the disclaimer. I do not agree with the system when it allows for publishing PR's that are BLATANTLY false. However, this system exists and BA plays the system for all it's worth. I stand by my post stating that, legally speaking, BA has dodged a bullet, JIMMY has not.

'catty'...Please...for the record enlighten me on your charges that I am defending BA. I do not think either post you refer to proves your point. I still believe BA is run by competent people....competent in regards to KNOWING THE LAW. I do not hold BA in high regards...I want to be clear on that...however they do an EXCELLENT JOB OF HIDING BEHIND DISCLAIMERS...these disclaimers ALLOW BA to do what they do JMHO.
