I wouldn't count on that. IF that ever happens, it will be YEARS from now, IMHO. This was a NYSE stock. It's NOT just going to die quietly. There's BIG MONEY and BIG INVESTORS in this stock. It's going to be a LONG road.

The judge will throw the case out since the claims of the case are not NEWC's fault. No worries.
