Sorry for your loss Metro, however nothing has been stated to date that Petar or anyone else has unequivocally been found GUILTY of fraud with regards to SLJB. Therefore, everything is hype, hearsay, and speculation until then, and in all honesty you have no-one (yet) to blame but yourself for your 90% loss. Simple truth is that no-one (or few anyway) knows who is actually to blame and/or how this is all going to play out, so I for one will be !#*!#!# if I am going to be the one that is going to flush 90% of my own investment down the toilet, WITHOUT KNOWING FOR SURE! You may think that it was a good move to bail when you did and maybe it will turn out to be that you are indeed correct, but there is a 50/50 chance that the stock will recover too, and that chance is IMHO better odds than DEFINITELY taking a 90% loss on a guess. Even if it is an "educated" guess, it is still a guess nonetheless. Nope, not 90% by my own hand, never, no way.
Again, I feel sorry for you and others who sold due to fear, but that shouldn't mean that you or anyone else who lost should beat up on the company, it's management, it's PPS, and in turn the remaining shareholders, just cause you're pizzed that you pulled the trigger when you did. I reiterate--- WE DON'T KNOW FOR SURE... IF it comes to pass that you were correct and Petar or whomever are at fault for it all, I will be the first to step forward and say so and file suit right along side the rest of you...but again, I have to play it thru until I know the solid and easily verifiable, TRUE facts, and I currently figure a 50/50 shot at profit is better than taking a 90% soaking from my own hand before the real facts are known.
