That is a class 3 felony. IF it is carried forward, and it is proscecuted, with a plea bargin, avoiding a costly trial, he could get no more than a VERY steep fine with no orange suit. White collar crime. The only hitch might be a few folks who didn't like the supposid involvement with the HLD bit. The sentence guide is 5-20 with a 250K fine. IMO
