Needless to say I am ticked off at how this new managment has treated CVIA and its shareholders. CVIA has acted like some of the big boys when it comes to corporate corruption.

We can compare KAA to Kozlowski, who transferred corporate assets as his personal account or Gibson to Ebbers who somehow was able get the corporation to finance his investments. And like Enron, CVIA did not disclose their corporate actions (8K or otherwise) until well after the stock collapsed.

So with that said, I would support some type of investigation. In fact, I think there is enough already in the filings to keep the SEC and courts busy. However, like those locust Gifford and Rhonda, CVIA's management would just walk when there is nothing more to harvest, way before any restitution or shareholder satisfaction.

There are way better managed pennies and better priced pennies out there to want to throw good money after bad on this one.

I'm not surprised that they don't want your help. In their minds, thing could be going just as planned...
