jeanette, I put a post up a couple days ago with some info and at the end I said never never ever buy a stock that was halted, under SEC investigation and starts trading again after the ten day halt. For those that didn't listen, so be it. The post was deleted. Now they pay the piper...again. I posted several posts here months ago cautioning people. Those posts were deleted also.
I commend you on your post and your compassion for your fellow man.
Today was and is a difficult day for many and for that I feel very sorry for those who have either lost money in the past or chose to sell today.
I guess I will go against the herd here and say first off I consider Jim a friend and will support him and will also look to buy more shares in the near future.
Could I be wrong about Jim yes but I do not believe I am. I invested in SLJB and had two brief conversations with Peter V. and some thought I had a friendship with Peter...not so. I would not trust him to take out my trash. He lied to me and it proved itself out.
As a former police officer I understand that the FBI tries to rattle someone by arresting them in front of their friends and neighbors and trying to embarrass them. Then takes them down to get booked to try to get the facts out of them and thus a confession.
Well obviously Jim was not charged and was released. Could he be charged in the future...yes if he is guilty of any criminal act he can and should.
Since I consider him a friend I will chose to stick by him and before people get the hanging noose out why not let ALL the facts come out before you try him and find him guilty.
I am not defending Jim or CKYS. I am saying would you in the same situation wish to have your peer group on IHUB tar and feather you.
Thanks again jeanette for your compassionate post and remember what goes around comes around. If Jim is guilty then he should pay the price but lets at least give him the benefit of the doubt here.
All the rumors and inuendos etc. are just that rumors until substatiated by the company one way or another.
I wish everyone well and hope that emotions are able to stay in check.
Remember not too long ago many who now want his head were supporting him and wishing him well.
Lets allow some balance here and try to find the truth in the midst of speculation. This may only come with a PR or updates from the company.
