I'm buying here and with another tick down or so will have tripled my position. I like the new structure. The R/S was moderate and I feel, hope I'm right, done not for purposes of re-dilution but growth. Guess I'm either throwing away more here or just backing up my original bet on a low float with some potential big news.
It was my understanding that R/S affects the O/S not the A/S?
