I am an investor, who mentioned one of the stocks I have a "social investment" in; a security that has an HIV test in the pipeline. I was honest enough to use my real name and my real telephone number.
I saw the stock drop and asked questions publicly. Someone suggested I speak to a "Derf at Fidelity." I asked if this person was on the board. I was verbally attacked by "your group" not because asking about a "derf" but because I held an interest in a stock, clearly indicated by Scion, the remarks and Scion's posts as well as Janice's remarks and the posts I have of others. I suggested a nonprofit agency be developed to monitor boards as a result of the attacks. The personal attacks escalated.
This started on November 5th. By Monday, November 12th, the following occurred:
1. Pantherjl stated she lived near me and stated she was going to check public records on me.
2. Janice Shell was attacking me, as well.
3. Ernstg or wekernie found a recreational vehicle owned by
me and put the information online, including it's location, as well as referring to me in offensive, defamatory tones.
4. Sequens and Huckleberry posted information from public sources, which was private fact and then published it publicly on a bulletin board.
5. Sequens published the name of my dog. Ernstg published the name of my husband.
6. Ad Interim pulled up newspaper articles on a family with the same surname.
7.Scion published those articles on this site and another, including their family's addresses.
8. Huckleberry posted public information about them and inquired about them.
9. Janice, the investigator, publicly addressed my livelihood and my ability within my livelihood.
10. BullNBear inquired about what was going on and I repeated it. (Don't you ever miss Spring Street, Pete?)
11. Janice continued to harass.
12. There wAs a call to my residence that were harassing and intimidating. It addressed a specific item in my home, which would not be "public knowledge."
13. Huckleberry, Pantherjl, Sequens and Janice, as well as Ad Interim accused me of commiting unlawful offenses, violations of 17 b.
14. Pantherjl stated he/she would go to the board of my investment...
15. Immediately after making that threat, Janice and another screen name are on that board.
16. Mallocio dela streta (Mallocio, in Italian slang, meaning "getting axed") pulls my credit report and continues to harass.
17. Private fact is publicly published on two other sites, where the same people are discussing ME...by my REAL name, publicly, with defamatory remarks.
I find these SAME people on Johndoe.org wanting "their privacy" and giving advice to others on privacy law.
This sounds like a scam to me...a bunch of "investigators" investigating scams for their own profit, since a number had obtained interests in the security I owned and "bashed it."
Actually, it sounds like something straight out of state prison...and the people who have previously resided there.
And finally, sounds like shareholder intimidation, defamation and harassment to me...right d-e-r-f, f-r-e-d, George, Pete, Janice, Gerry and the others?
Now, just what was your screen name on RB, whereupon you intended to call me on Monday...the 12th or was it Monday, the 19th?
