Sorry. Browser would be IE, Firefox, Opera, Safari - if you know the version number that would be helpful too. OS is short for operating system, such as Windows XP, Apple OSX and so on.

These things help me narrow down your problem. Different weirdness on different combinations of browser and OS ;)
