Menu Text Color (2nd line)
Menu Background Color (RGB) (2nd line)
Menu Background Color (Named) (2nd line)

These three lines refer to the new layer on the menu (second line). I'd try "Restore Defaults", then "Save Changes" then hit refresh on your browser. That should get you back to default settings and you can customize from there.

janice, try going all the way to the bottom of the interface page and clicking on one of the presets. if you like it, hit "save changes".
