Plugger, these crosses by themselves mean nothing.. they have to be taken in sync with several other indicators. mm's play these milestones to their advantage to maximize their profit. A golden cross is perfect if ma20 is above ma50, and these two are above ma100, and then all these three are above ma200... A tough cross but see stocks like USSE and PTSC for an example
As investors, one has to be smart to read into these up/down ticks that mm's play during the day to trick investors into thinking one thing, while the mm's have a totally different agenda.
As a chart reader, one has to read through the data and decipher, every possible scenario that is going throught the mm's mind and gameplan.

A test of ma20 or ma13 (005-007) or thereabouts will happen soon. PPS divergence from ma20 is increasing..a test sometimes done by mm's, in the pps progress in the rise to a target of 035
