What shares did they buy back? The only thing they did is retire Hayter's restricted shares -- all at the same time they issued shares. And we know at the time of the announcements, Hayter was President and CEO according to the Delaware records filed in July 2006.

I doubt FGFC bought back 1 share. The retired shares were Hayters'. You are really losing it Hawkie; must be holding a bagful.
