Who in their right mind would drop 391 K shares @.041. But, if it's non-owned unlimited supply shares, it's easy to do and won't matter at what price dumped. I think the company should ask shareholders to email their share count as of a certain date to see the total share count in order to determine the naked short selling situation. I can't explain 4-6M shares traded daily and the gradual erosion of the share price.
