First of all, let me say that I am not a creationist! And I do understand the open-vs-closed-system argument.

Now that that’s out of the way, I submit that the entropy argument is a matter of degree. I.e., I’m not asserting that halting entropy can’t be done, but rather that it’s going to be tough. That’s why I said I was pessimistic about halting aging. I’m not saying that it’s impossible. Regards, Dew

The 2nd law of thermodynamics does not imply the necessity of aging because living organisms aren't isolated systems.

This brief video shows that entropy—which is another way of describing the generalized damage caused by aging—can indeed be reduced:
