LEVP went public via a reverse merger with a popcorn company in 2004! It has only 6 employees, according to Yahoo Finance.
Perhaps more important, the competition for drugs to treat HAE is unduly intense relative to the size of the addressable market. Among the competitors are Jerini/ABT, DYAX, and Pharming.
My advice would be to pass.
