Correct, but you can still inspect it. The company is simply allowed to keep this ledger at their place of business OR a DESIGNATED location which the company must provide an address or mailing address to. This allows the qualified stockholder access to where the ledger is kept and they cannot deny you access to it if you qualify(as stated earlier). JMHO
'jeffgator'...It appears we have finally found common ground! I think the paragraph in questions ONLY gives the corporation leeway in where the ledger or duplicte ledger is stored..NOT leeway in who gets to inspect it! JMHO
