1. we know that number is wrong - my guess is the retained earnings is actually zero
2. if they sold $1mil in stock for the year that is a low amount for a pink sheet - check SQUMs dilution
3. timeshare/real estate - your kidding right?
4. no computers? another worthless/dumb point
5. why is pretty obvious - accrued deferred whatever - they owe it
6. another worthless point

You can see high volume days with prices over .035.
Why not sell stock at .035 and then turn back around and buy at .0035 or less

$1,085,000.00 / .035 = 31 million shares sold
$1,085,000.00 / .0035 = 310 million shares bought back
Didn't the company put out a press release, that they were buying back $1 million in stock. Great way to cut down the Float. Great Idea, Jim.
3.Why did the "Timeshare" suddenly become "Real Estate?"
My Guess is they might Have bought the Time Share Unit , so they would have a place for customers or as a great investment. By renting it out or using it as a second office to conduct business. Great Idea Jim.
Real Estate seems to go up in Value Year after year.
4.How did the company operate and produce 25 million dollars of revenues with NO COMPUTERS the first six months of the year?
Gosh, My guess is you bring your Companys product catalog and Hold a Business Meeting with a purchaser for the United States Government, and you close the Sale.
I wonder how salesman Closed Sales on products years ago , when there were no Computers. Great Job Jim, Keep the Operating Expenses Down, Until a Sale is made. So we can use that revenue to run the Business. WONDERFUL JOB JIM.

5.How did "Accrued Salary" become "Deferred Compensation," and go up by almost 50 percent if the company had all that money they claimed? Why would you keep such debt on the books?
You know when i look at the amount of Money the CEO got from United Health Care. Matter Fact lot of the Big Companys Pay Millions , not Thousands to CEO's, Jim has done a great Job and i am sure will continue to move this company forward.
6.SIXTY EIGHT BUCKS IN SALES TAX? ROFLMAO!
When i ran a business and worked for other company's, You could pay the sales tax or you can be exmpet from Sales Tax.
I think it is great that the company paid most of their expenses with sales Tax Included. Good way from not having to payu later and also helps local and state governments to
work on Government projects or pay for Government Services. A true American. Mr. Jim.
I hope you Pay your sales taxes as i do and CKYS does.
I hope i did a good Job on answering your Questions. Thank you
