there's nothing concrete about that private Canadian company disputing any affiliation with LSMJ, it could have been a deal gone sour or it's being manipulated by outsiders trying to takeover the shell just like what happened to BCIT or most recently with GVHL shell....the only info we have right now is that the new T/A is Select American Transfer and that the authorized they have is 100M
PQLResearch, I found some of the same info you did and posted it here last night. It looks to me that your case supports the idea that this is a SHELL. No one here is saying LSMJ is a great company and taking over leases in China. We're saying the company probably do no longer is LSMJ and that makes this a shell that could be shorted with a resonable share structure. GLTY
