Can someone point me in the direction of the announcement that states that the 1 Billion share buy-back (as previously announced) has been completed and then this other announcement concerning up to an additional 5 Billion more shares to be bought back.....

I don't see this, and I don't see an appropriate response to this type of announcement....guessing it is huey????
